Jaden Frame B.Ag.Econ, MBA, F Finr - General Manager

Jaden Frame is the dynamic and innovative leader of the Wise Therapy Group.  Wise Therapy Group is a growing company committed to providing specialised Occupational Therapy Services throughout South East Queensland, predominately Brisbane and Toowoomba.

Jaden’s technical expertise in finance and other areas of business informs not only the operation of the Wise Therapy Group, but other entities within the finance sector. He serves as Vice Chairman on the Young Finance Professionals Committee of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, which assist with advancing members careers, connecting people and content with the aim of strengthening the financial industry. 

Being a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and organisational skills supported by a flexible, team focused approach. Jaden is a welcome addition to the Wise Therapy Group and brings over 10 years of commercial banking expertise.

Jaden is a graduate of The University of Queensland and holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics and a Masters of Business Administration.

Angela McNamee (Director/Occupational Therapist)

Angela McNamee is a director of Wise Therapy Group. She has had over 15 years experience providing Occupational Therapy services to both children and adults in both metropolitan and rural Queensland. This work included activities of daily living assessments, home assessments and the compilation of home modification reports.

Angela has worked with a wide range of businesses in Brisbane and Toowoomba gaining experience in assisting injured workers return to work and assisting workplaces meet their obligations with regard to workplace rehabilitation and health and safety.

A graduate of the University of Queensland in 1995, Angela is a Q-Comp accredited trainer of Rehabilitation Co-ordinators, is accredited to perform Workhab Functional Capacity and Pre-employment Assessments, and has completed her Workplace Health and Safety Officer training. She is a registered provider of JobFit Systems pre-employment assessments and task analyses.

Kathryn Frame (Director/Occupational Therapist)

Kathryn Frame is a director of Wise Therapy Group. Since graduating from the University of Queensland in 1997 she has gained over 13 years experience providing occupational therapy services to both children and adults in hospital, community health, school and workplace settings in both metropolitan and rural Queensland. She has been accredited by Q-Comp to provide training for Rehabilitation and Return to Work Co-ordinators. She holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, and is a certified Workplace Health and Safety Officer.

Kathryn has worked with a wide range of businesses in Brisbane and the Toowoomba region over the past 8 years and has gained extensive experience in assisting injured workers return to work and assisting workplaces meet their obligations with regard to workplace rehabilitation and health and safety. She is a registered provider of JobFit Systems pre-employment assessments and task analyses.

Nichola Martyr BOccThy (Consultant/Occupational Therapist)

Nichola graduated from the University of Queensland in 1998. She has worked extensively in assessing adults and children with disabilities and making recommendations regarding their need for major housing modifications. Nichola has worked in acute and rehabilitation settings in major hospitals gaining experience in the assessment, treatment and transition home for adults with orthopaedic injuries and neurological conditions. 

She has also developed specialist skills in hand therapy in both public and private settings. Over the past 10 years Nichola has been able to develop and refine her ability to conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations and develop workplace rehabilitation programs to return workers to their pre-injury role or to host employment. She has also been trained in the Workhab FCE system and continues to be committed to professional development.

Jason Darbyshire (Consultant/Occupational Therapist)

Jason graduated from the University of Queensland in 2010. Through his university studies and upon graduating Jason has had experience working in a diverse range of positions within metropolitan and regional areas.  Jason has experience working in the areas of acute, outpatient and community settings with children and adults who have physical, cognitive and/or mental health conditions. 

While working for Wise Therapy Group, Jason has developed his skills in conducting task analysis, workstation assessments, functional capacity evaluations, pre-employment functional assessments, workplace evaluations, training in office ergonomics and developing return to work programs for injured workers. Jason is committed to ongoing professional development in order to develop his skills and expertise further.

Sandra Smith (Consultant/Occupational Therapist)

Sandra Smith has had over 17 years experience providing Occupational Therapy Services to adults and children in hospital, community, education, workplace, corporate and private settings.

Sandra has worked extensively with clients who have sustained hand and upper limb injuries assisting them to return to the workplace following injury. This work has included extensive task analysis, specifically looking at job and organisational demands and reducing the client’s exposure to hazards that increase the risk of further injury. 

A graduate of the University of Queensland of 1992, Sandra is accredited to perform Workhab Functional Capacity and Pre-employment Assessments.  She is currently completing her Masters of Ergonomics Health and Safety through LaTrobe University.

Janelle Lotz (Consultant/Occupational Therapist)

Since graduating from the University of QLD in 2004, Janelle has worked in private practice gaining skills in the manual handling of people as well as general rehabilitation and environmental modification.

In 2006 she completed a Professional Certificate in Occupational Therapy Driving Assessment through the University of South Australia. She now offers this service to clients following injury or illness that may impact on their driving ability within Toowoomba and surrounding districts. Janelle is also a Q-Comp accredited Trainer of Rehabilitation Co-ordinators.

Angela Moar - Office Manager

Angela Moar joined our team earlier in 2010 as Administration Manager, and has also taken over the role of Office Manager. Angela completed a Diploma of Business Management and has extensive experience in office administration and customer service.
